01.Day-Of Coordination
With this package, Wonderful Day will meet with the client 2-3 times by phone/video prior to wedding day to review all vendor contracts, timeline and floorplan in preparation for the event, attend a final walkthrough of venue, act as point of contact for all vendors on behalf of the client, oversee set-up and breakdown of decorations and props, manage the timeline, flow of events and oversee a 1-hr rehearsal the day before the wedding. Please inquire 10-12 weeks prior to event date.
02.Partial Planning Package
With this package, Wonderful Day will manage all day-of coordination services, meet with the client a set number of times based on date of hire (via phone/video/in person) prior to wedding day during the planning process, assist client with budget tracking, consult on event design/theme/aesthetic, create a custom to-do list, timelines, and floorplan(s), provide vendor recommendations, provide non-legal review of contracts. An option to add full-managment of up to 3 a la carte services.
03.Full-Planning Package
With this package, Wonderful Day will manage all day-of coordination services, meet with the client (via phone/video or in person) prior to wedding day during the planning process, assist with budget tracking and event design/theme/aesthetic, create a custom to-do list, timelines, and floorplan(s), research options and obtain quotes for potential vendors/venues, provide a non-legal review of contracts, determine rental needs, organize transportation and accommodations, attend venue walkthrough.
