DAY-OF COORDINATION
With the Day-of Coordination Package, Wonderful Day will:
-
meet with the client two to three times (via phone/video or in person) prior to wedding day to review all vendor contracts, timeline and floorplan in preparation for the event.
-
attend a final walkthrough of venue.
-
act as point of contact for all vendors on behalf of the client.
-
oversee set-up and breakdown of decoration and props for ceremony and reception (with a team that is first to arrive and last to leave).
-
manage the timeline, flow of events and any unexpected occurances that may arise on wedding day.
-
oversee a 1-hour rehearsal for the ceremony the day prior to wedding day.
-
NOTE: This package requires the client to begin working with Wonderful Day a minimum of eight weeks (and no more than ten weeks) prior to event date. Please inquire 10-12 weeks prior to your event date.


PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE
With the Partial Planning Package, Wonderful Day will:
-
manage all day-of coordination services as outlined in the Day-Of Coordination Package.
-
meet with the client a set number of times based on date of hire (via phone/video or in person) prior to wedding day during the planning process.
-
assist client with budget tracking (subject to terms of agreement)
-
consult on event design/theme/aesthetic
-
create a custom to-do list, timelines, and floorplan(s)
-
provide vendor recommendations
-
provide a non-legal review of vendor contracts
-
offer general guidance and assistance throughout the planning process via ongoing email communication.
In addition to the basic package outlined above, there is an option to add full management of up to three components from an à la carte services menu for an additional cost. Contact us for details.
FULL PLANNING PACKAGE
With the Full Planning Package, Wonderful Day will:

manage all day-of coordination services as outlined in the Day-Of Coordination Package.

meet with the client a set number of times based on date of hire (via phone/video or in person) prior to wedding day during the planning process.

assist client with budget tracking (subject to terms of agreement)
-
consult on event design/theme/aesthetic
-
create a custom to-do list, timelines, and floorplan(s)
-
research options and obtain quotes for potential event, rehearsal dinner and brunch venue(s) and potential event vendors.
-
provide a non-legal review of vendor contracts.
-
assist with determining rental needs.
-
handle all logistics and coordination with vendors leading up to the event date.
-
organize guest transportation and accommodations
-
attend vendor meetings, and venue walkthrough(s).
-
offer general guidance and assistance throughout the planning process via ongoing email communication.
