How do I know what package is right for me?

In selecting a package, it is important to assess how much time you and your partner have to devote to wedding planning and how much effort you want to invest in the project. Make sure to take into consideration what other committments or responsibilities you have, and be realistic about what you can take on.

If I hire Wonderful Day, how and when will we communicate?

Communication will be through regular email updates, phone/video reviews and in-person meetings and vendor visits as needed.

Does Wonderful Day use event management software that, as client, I will have access to?

Yes, Wonderful Day uses a program called Aisle Planner. As a client, you would have access to tools and documents within the program that are to be shared. Alternatively, documents can be organized and shared on a Google drive if that is preferred.

Does Wonderful Day have a certain style?

Our style is modern and beautiful. Beyond that, anything goes. While we care that every detail is attended to, our main objective is that our clients are beyond happy with their celebration, whatever their style may be. We find it a fun challenge to work in a style or theme that isn’t a trend or what everyone else is doing. Have some unusual requests? Let’s get creative!

What size weddings does Wonderful Day take on?

If a client's dream wedding is an intimate celebration for twenty people but the scope feels like a good fit for us, we'd be thrilled to take it on.  When it comes to larger weddings, we work on celebrations with guest counts of 200 and under. ​

How many other weddings will you have alongside mine?

As a small operation, Wonderful Day is working on two to three weddings at a time, with a strict balance between small projects and larger projects, and timelines for each staggered. As a result, your wedding weekend will be dedicated to you alone.

What if I sign a contract for a package and want to change it once we've already started working together?

Once a contract is signed, services may not be downgraded to a smaller package, but if a client wishes to upgrade to a greater package and we are able to accommodate the request, the client will be billed additional fees.

What is your fee structure?

We take a 50% non-refundable deposit on contract signing regardless of the package. For Day-of Coordination, the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to wedding day; for partial and full planning, the balance is split between two or three payments, depending on the project timeline.

Does Wonderful Day do destination weddings?

While we hope to in the future, we do not do destination weddings at this time.
