Comprehensive Coordination - $1,500
The White Rose packages provides comprehensive coordination. We will guide you through the entire planning process and be in contact on a regular basis to discuss all of your wedding details. Together, we will manage your budget so that you receive everything that you want for your wedding at a price you can afford. In addition, we will provide you with a preferred vendor list and accompany you to vendor appointments. We are always searching for the vendor that best fits your style and needs. The following is a list of services provided with a comprehensive coordination.
• Initial Consultation
First, we will discuss what type of wedding you would plan if you had an unlimited budget. We will then decipher which aspects of the wedding are most important to you and tailor them to fit within your means. This will help us get a feel for the kind of wedding you envision and help you pinpoint the things that you absolutely must have on your wedding day.
• Consecutive Consultations
We will be in contact on a regular basis to discuss the planning process and review the decisions you’ve made for your wedding. Wonderful Day Weddings will also keep you updated on your budget, and advise you on the ceremony and reception site logistics. We will plan a wedding day timeline and decide on a ceremony structure. In addition, we will communicate about any changes to the plan of action and set up appointments with vendors.
• Vendor Appointments
Together, we will meet with all of the necessary wedding vendors and contract their business. Wonderful Day will use your input to guide you through the process of selecting a ceremony site, a reception venue and a rehearsal dinner site. In addition, we will also choose a florist, photographer, videographer, linen/rental company, transportation, bakery, ceremony musicians, stationery, reception entertainment (band/DJ), and beautician. Finally, you will be assisted in finding your wedding gown, groom's tuxedo and attire for the wedding party.
• Administrative Assistance
We will provide you with all the administrative assistance you will need during the planning process. Administrative work will include: wedding day timeline and planning schedule, compiling and editing the guest list, helping you select invitations/save the date cards, writing wedding vows, menu selection, announcing your engagement in local publications, ceremony/reception floor plans and organizing the seating chart. Our expert coordinator can advise you on proper etiquette for sticky situations. Finally, we will review vendor contracts and continue with budget management. In addition, we can inform you about the process of acquiring a marriage license and changing your name.
• Decoration Set-up/Tear-down
Following your directives and ideas, we will create the perfect atmosphere for your wedding using wedding decor at the ceremony site and reception venue. Typically, this means that Wonderful Day Weddings will work with you or your florist to create table centerpieces for the head table and guest tables. The linens, napkins and chair selections will coordinate with your color scheme. We will also consult with you on party favors, altar flowers, pew decorations, ceiling drapings, cake and escort table decor, balloons, fountains, ice sculptures and gift table placement. The floor plan for the reception venue will also be confirmed with you.
• Rehearsal & Wedding Day Management
Wonderful Day Weddings will be on hand to instruct you and the wedding party at the rehearsal and answer any questions the wedding party might have about their roles. We will provide you and your party with a wedding day timeline at the rehearsal. Additionally, we will make it clear that it is very important to be punctual. On your wedding day, we will line up your bridal party and direct guests.
Wonderful Day Weddings is skilled at preparing brides for their walk down the aisle, handling the dress, and giving emotional support. We will manage the actual wedding day by adhering to the timeline that we've created and working cooperatively with all of your wedding vendors. We will be on hand to decorate your ceremony and reception sites as soon as we are able to gain entrance to the venue. During the reception, we will sneak away to decorate the honeymoon suite to welcome the new couple and then return to assist in site tear down.
In addition to planning the wedding, many brides have other celebrations in accordance with the wedding, such as the engagement party, bridal shower, bride’s maids luncheon, or bachelorette party. We are available to coordinate these special events as well for a $50 hourly fee. However, if you have others who wish to host these occasions we are happy to respect their plans to do so.
