Day of Coordination — $600
Wonderful Day will be guiding your wedding and reception to make sure that the decorations are perfect, the cake is on time, and everything in between. The devil is in the details, and instead of worrying about them you should be enjoying your day! We will manage any issues that may arise so that you and your guests are blissfully unaware. Instead of being caught up in trying to execute your plans while trying to entertain your guests, you'll be enjoying your wedding without any worries.

We will have three consultations before your wedding day to tie up loose ends and manage last minute concerns. We will create a wedding day timeline and discuss your ceremony structure. Wonderful Day Weddings will coordinate your rehearsal before the wedding and be there on the wedding day to guide you and the bridal party through the process. The following services are included in this package:

• Reviewing Contracts and Vendor Referrals
We will sit down together before your wedding to discuss your vendor contracts. Wonderful Day Weddings will contact each of your vendors and double check that they are aware of your wants and needs. In addition, we will call them a week before the wedding to review your expectations and solve any misconceptions. Wonderful Day Weddings will also provide them with a copy of the wedding day timeline so everyone is on the same page. Furthermore, if there are any vendors that you still need a referral for, we are happy to delve into our preferred vendor list to suggest a few options. However, we will not accompany you to the appointment.

• The Rehearsal
We will be on hand at the ceremony site to guide you and your wedding party through the rehearsal. The purpose is to make sure that your wedding party is aware of their roles within the ceremony. It also gives us the opportunity to communicate to them the importance of adhering to the wedding day schedule and being punctual.

• Wedding Day
On this, your most wonderful day, we will be working diligently behind the scenes with your vendors to make sure that everything is going smoothly. Our goal is to ensure that all of the details will be executed to your specifications. You will be able to visit with friends and family and enjoy your new spouse! The reception hall will be decorated, the photographer will know which poses to shoot, and your guests will have someone to direct them. Everything will be as you envisioned it.
